service provided to current
political office holders as well
as political candidates who have
declared their candidacy for
public office and have filed the
necessary documents with their
local officials. To register,
simply complete the registration
form and submit your biographical
information and political
statements. Please read
completely the terms of agreement
before submitting your
information.
2. Web Connections - Your
ElectionsUSA.net web pages or
link will be uploaded for viewing
within 2 - 3 weeks. If you are
not able to view your web pages
or link within this timeframe,
please contact us.
ElectionsUSA.net will promptly
respond to your inquiry.
3. Our Fees - The fee for the use
of our service is $695.00 per
year for a minimum of one year.
This fee is subject to change.
Therefore your renewal fee may be
different. Please review our
Privacy Policy before registering
your information.
4. Check Policy - Due to the
nature of this site and the high
profile of our clients,
ElectionsUSA.net will only accept
as payment for services a
personal, company/campaign or
cashier's check . To ensure that
the financial privacy of our
clients is not breached by
internet crime, we do not
accept credit cards as a form of
payment. We hope that the time
required to process each
registration in this manner will
not greatly inconvenience our
clients.
Payment must be received within 7
business days of the date of
registration. If such payment is
not received, your registration
data will be deleted from our
files. If ElectionsUSA.net
receives payment after your file
has been deleted, you will be
notified of such receipt and
asked to resubmit your
information.
Your web connection or link will
not be completed until payment
has been verified. You will be
charged a $25.00 check return fee
in the event of an insufficient
funds notice. Web site
connections or links will not be
posted until the check has
cleared the bank depositing
process.
5. Your Password - You are
responsible for all actions taken
with your user ID and password.
Therefore, we do not recommend
that you disclose your password
to third parties without
exercising the necessary security
precautions.. If you choose to
share your User ID and password
to any third party, you are
responsible for all actions taken
with your User ID and password.
If you lose control of your
password, you may lose
substantial control over your
personally identifiable
information and may be subject to
legally binding actions taken on
your behalf. Therefore, if your
password has been compromised,
you should immediately contact us
to request a change of your
password. Please do not give your
user name or password to anyone
without exercising appropriate
security precautions. Failure to
secure your user name and
password may result in a change
on your web connection which
could adversely affect you.

entered incorrectly or without
your knowledge.You may change or
update your information at any
time by entering the necessary
user name and password. Please
choose your user name and
password and submit to complete
registration.
6. Offensive
Material - ElectionsUSA.net
reserves the right to reject any
pictures, language, information,
web-sites or links which may be
considered offensive by the
general public. Registration fees
will be refunded to any
registrant who submits material
determined by ElectionsUSA.net to
be Offensive.
The judgment regarding the
Offensive character of material
submitted will be at the sole
discretion of ElectionsUSA.net.
Once accepted, the registrant's
web connection cannot be amended
to include Offensive
material. If the
registrant's web connection is
amended or edited to include Offensive
material, ElectionsUSA.net will
deactivate that connection and
discontinue service. In this
event, the registrant will not
be
entitled to a refund of
registration fees.
7. Protection of ElectionsUSA.net
and Others - We release account
and other personal information
when we believe release is
appropriate to comply with the
law; enforce our User Agreement;
protect the rights, property or
safety of ElectionsUSA.net, our
users or others. This includes
exchanging information with other
companies for fraud protection.
You must promptly update your
information if it changes.Upon
your request, we will deactivate
your account, contact information
and financial information from
our active databases. To make
this request, simply e-mail
Deactivate@ElectionsUSA.net. Such
information will be deactivated
and your web pages removed from
our Site as soon as reasonably
possible and in accordance with
the terms of our agreement. We
encourage all registrants to
update and edit their personal
information and keep it current.
You can easily correct or update
your personal information at any
time via our registration page.
Please allow sufficient time for
the transfer of updates to your
web connection. If this transfer
of data has not taken place
within 2 - 3 weeks, please e-mail
us at

regarding this matter. We pledge
our prompt attention to all
matters related to your account.
